Once upon a Potty

All smiles and poopy. Love it.

Should have taken a picture of her crying after we flushed her "baby caterpillar poop away". Seriously... she cried for 5 minutes.

and as Dora would say,

"we did it.. we did it...

we did it... HOORAY!"

And 1 week shy of her 3rd birthday no less.

That's when momma says... HOORAY!

Kaitlyn, I am so proud of you. You performed all 3 nights with a ton of energy, huge smile on your face and with perfection. You were wonderful and I am so proud of you. You truly shine when you are on stage. You are a natural. I hope that this is not the last we see of you in a performance. You were fantastic! I LOVE YOU. I am glad you are my little orphan.

Just a side note: When I was a little girl... I always wanted to be Annie (from the movie). I thought she was the best singer in the whole wide world. I also thought my life was pretty hard. My mother bought me a little knick knack of little orphan Annie scrubbing the floor with the inscription "It's a Hard Knock Life" on it. Looking back now... I know I was just a drama queen diva ... without the entourage.
